Why we started
The customer information existed. The follow-up did not.
We kept seeing the same gap. Businesses worked hard to attract new customers, but many did not have a clear system to capture their information and stay connected after the first visit.
We built RemedyLabz to close that gap. Our work connects lead capture, customer data, email, SMS, branded design, and practical automation so businesses can keep the conversation going.
